I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care, though I do want to highlight that the receptionist was incredibly friendly, helpful, and honestly the best part of the entire visit. I went in after being out at breakfast with my family when my symptoms started rapidly getting worse. I had a severe sore throat, headache, body aches, cough, difficulty breathing that required my inhaler, nausea, no appetite, and an overwhelming feeling like I had been hit by a bus. I knew something wasn’t right and felt I needed medical attention. At the visit, they tested me for strep throat but otherwise refused to do much else. I specifically asked to be tested for the flu and COVID due to how severe my symptoms were, but I was told there was “no way” I had either. I felt dismissed and not taken

I’ve had great experiences here up until the past year. Whatever new staff they hired is not good at all. They told me i didn’t have what i went to get tested for, then i got a message that a prescription was ready for me after my lab results. I have been here at least 30 times already in the past 7 years and have ALWAYS asked for liquid medication only. Why is it that i get prescribed capsules when it should be known in my chart that i only take liquid? I also spoke to an indian sounding woman and she was calling me to tell me to just take the capsules after i went in to tell them to change it to liquid, and they said they did. They make simple things difficult. I only trust one lady here and unfortunately i dont know her name. My mother and sister also had bad experiences here in the pas

Absolute horrible experience. PA, Debra Roeder Wilson misdiagnosed me with lice. She had terrible bed side manner and treated me as if I had the plague. Being that I’d never had lice in my life and never knew anyone who had lice, I had tons of questions that she didn’t answer. She wouldn’t even come back into the room after telling me I had lice. It was the utmost unprofessional behavior I’ve ever witnessed by a physician assistant. I followed up with 2 other physicians who reassured me that I didn’t have lice and never had lice. I was having an allergic reaction to a medication.

Scheduled a visit and got a call just as I was heading out the door. The woman basically said that they wouldn't be able to do anything other than provide a recommendation for a dermatologist and it may not even matter for my health ins. This was a first time visit. They've never had me as a patient. It's a foot rash and I work construction. I'm sure it's nothing out of the ordinary although it's stubborn. I've seen 3 docs prior. She was really snotty and totally dismissive. I've never had a doctor call me and give me an attitude because I needed treatment. So now I'm in pain and have to figure out the next step without any help from people I'm supposed to count on when I need them. LVHN failed hard today and I will never even consider them again for any kind of treatment.

I’ve only ever had a great experience whenever I come to this location for urgent care so I’m pretty surprised at some of the negative feedback. The lady at the front desk (wish I could remember her name) was super kind and great to chat with! And the PA, Debbie and the nurse, Lorraine were super friendly, insightful, and helpful in every way. Top notch patient care in every way and I truly appreciate and have the utmost respect for this amazing medical team! The incredibly long hours that you all put in and the emotional and physical toll that it must take has not been lost on me! Thank you so much!!
