Never go to urgent care unless you only need a Band-Aid or some Tylenol they will refer you to the ER if you sat there for four hours waiting to be seen they’re not capable of doing any kind of Evaluation they don’t have the equipment for it so if you think you may need an ultrasound or any kind of blood test, don’t even go to urgent care go right to the ER. You’ll save yourself time. I went to urgent care cause it was supposed to be an easier shorter visit they turned me away at their four hours and said go to the ER. We can’t help you all I got was I’m sorry you wasted all your time.

My wife went to this facility on Monday, January 12th because she was very sick. She was administered a flu test. She requested a covid test which the did not do. Not only I but she are high risk. We purchased a covid test and she was positive. I highly recommend that if you are sick go to a different urgent care facility. I am also calling my insurance company to make a complaint.

I give this urgent care center no stars. The doctor sent me out with a "prescription" for an over the counter medication and a referral to a specialist instead of a simple treatment for an obvious sinus infection. I had to go to another provider for a common sense treatment.

Love Jefferson urgent care because they are quick and friendly. They make you feel like you matter . I wouldn’t want to go to another care center.

Had a good experience. I needed forms for my driver's test filled, the physical and they got me in fast. You have to bring your own forms thou. They don't have them. About $95. They take all insurance and cash. I paid cash. Waiting room and exam rooms seemed very clean and bright
