Jefferson Rittenhouse Urgent Care

I’ve been to Jefferson Urgent Care several times over the years and they consistently provide excellent care. Most recently, I was especially impressed by the bedside manner of the doctor, kind, attentive, and reassuring. The entire staff is always courteous and very mindful of the emotional needs of their patients, which is something often overlooked in medical settings. When a situation requires care beyond their scope, they are very clear about the need to go to the ER, which builds a lot of trust. I’ve also found that if you go early in the day, the wait is very reasonable. I always try to arrive right when they open. I have no idea why the reviews of this place aren't 5 star. I've had excellent care each time I've been there. The medical professionals have all been competent and compassionate. I've probably been there 6 times in the past 4 years and each time has been consistent. I wish I could remember the names of each person I've encountered there in past visits but I can tell tell you that today, I received excellent care from the PA, Tamia N. and the physician, Naeemah Alston, MD. Great support staff as well. Never a long wait. I think this place is great.

I was very grateful to have this urgent care open on a Saturday. My primary care team is closed on the weekend, and my issue did not require emergency care. But for me, it was urgent. This team was really lovely to interact with! I highly recommend Jefferson Urgent Care.

I was appalled by my treatment here today. This was especially surprising because I chose to come here due to always feeling heard and respected in the past, which was not the case today. From the moment I signed in, I was not greeted by the front desk. While that alone may seem minor, the experience continued once I was placed in my room. There was a quick knock at the door, and a nurse with purple hair entered without waiting for a response. She did not acknowledge me or say a word, yelled something to a coworker, grabbed supplies, and left without speaking to me or even closing the door behind her. The interaction felt rude and left me feeling dismissed and lesser than. Additionally, the dr rushed through my diagnosis, which further added to the discomfort of the visit and again left

This is the best urgent care facility I have been to in recent years. The customer service was exceptional and they were quick. From the reception desk to the physician, everyone were awesome. Ann was phenomenal too.
