Jefferson Interventional Radiology

After several bad experiences at Jefferson Hospital I want to acknowledge the fantastic care I received by the IR Team. Ms. R. Whittaker, RN was fantastic. She is a kind, caring professional who went out of her way to make the entire experience with IR was something that I will remember. Dr. Rivera, thank you for explaining everything to me in a manner that was understanding & helpful. Every aspect of my care with the IR team from phone calls to scheduling and the care plan were all top notch.

Horrible place! Very disappointed in the service. Chritin Bogel needs to be replaced. She does a awful job with Solace. Very incompetent!

Nigil, the person who did the intake and took me to the MRI room, is so kind and professional. He deserves 5 stars. My only gripe is that they take SO long to deliver results. Chestnut Hill has a 24-48 hr turnaround time with imaging. Jefferson is so darn slow. So Do they only have one radiologist? I hope they have an experience where they have to wait for results. Maybe it will make them more empathetic.

The office did not pick up, i could hear someone picking up the phone and hanging up multiple times .

IR has a special place in my heart. They have been working with me since 2022. The scheduler is a sweetheart and everyone that i have worked with in IR has been amazing! Thank you for all that you do!
