Night staff was highly rude and very aware of the vocabulary they used. I'm not even sure how I woke up there either did they care to explain they treated me like a junkie even the security guards I wish I was aware how I ended up there but I'm not. I don't think mentally they're ok they were all off and made their intentions so personal when I'm trying to figure out how I ended up there

I owe my life to Jefferson hospital, I was I a tragic accident at my job and lost my left arm. The hospital staff was efficient and miraculously fast. I almost bled out but Dr. Strohl and Dr. Wilson went the extra mile to make sure I lived. So as you can tell I hold Jefferson hospital in the highest regard, far as I’m concerned it’s the best Hospital on the planet!!❤️❤️

Last year I had a sinus surgery at Jefferson Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department to remove foreign object left after the previous surgery. The surgery was performed by resident Sean Lim under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Taub. The foreign object was removed, but another object was left in my sinus at the place of the surgery. Both objects are clearly identifiable on pre and post-surgery CT scans. I don’t know what this new object is, but it created a new problem for me.

Their billing makes me sick. I wonder how they understand the purpose of the hospital in the first place. I haven't been able to find anyone accountable for billing mistakes, and they are making more. Dealing with them made me believe that 2+2=11 yesterday, and 17 today. I have been losing my mind with them for months...
