I read the other reviews and I am shocked. I had my first visit with Dr. Copeland on the 9th and from the receptionist to the nurses and the Dr. I was spoken to with calmness and respect. I get really bad paranoia and anxiety attacks and my DR. Quickly picked up on it asked me if I needed another DR. (female) or a nurse to come in. Requested for a nurse to come in which she did and stayed the whole.time. patiently. Also he asked permission to come over and even to touch my feet and legs and listen to my breathing and heart. Which honestly put me a mila smidge at ease. Like he understood and respects.the fact I was having mental moment. Even when I wanted.to confirm app cause i didn't understand the paper work do to my mentality the receptionist was patient and answered all my questions ca

I have been trying to contact them. Trying to reschedule an appointment, trying to speak to my mother's doctor pertaining to very serious situations. I have been leaving messages since February of last year, as that is what they are asking us to do. No one has contacted us. The only people that are answering are the schedulers, but they transfer us to someone who never answers their phone nor do they ever call back. This is so unprofessional. I don't know what to do at this point.

I hate to have to leave a 1 star but last week on Wednesday I was running late for my appointment because I had to find parking because there was no parking outside. The sign said no parking on Wednesdays. So when I finally get there it’s a girl security guard. I told her I had an appointment for pelvic floor therapy. She told me I had to call to find out what room I need to be at. So I was already late. Then I explained to her where I had to be. I told her if I call they are going to have me on hold for a long time which will lead me to reschedule.. I told her I already knew how to get there. She said I cannot enter until she have a room number..I don’t know why she just kept talking to me like I did something wrong to her. I told her to talk to me in a better way. The worst place. Just started going there out of convenience, because it was close to me. They canceled my appointment without telling me. I get there, they said the Dr. Left and I got to reschedule.. wasted my time. They could have called me and told me. So unprofessional. Go somewhere else if possible.

Today I had an appointment with Dr.Pressman at 11:20am. After the initial examination by his Resident Doctor, I was told that Dr. Pressman would see me in few minutes. After waiting for 25 minutes it seem ridiculous for me to stay any longer. I have call Einstein Cardiology to reschedule me with a different Doctor, hopefully this one would respect your value and time.
