I booked my visit ahead on their easy to use scheduling system and was taken to examination room promptly upon arrival. From the staff to the examining physician I was quickly diagnosed and informed of my treatment plan. I will be using this care team in the future for my immediate needs. It was an exceptionally caring staff from the administrative clerks, nurses, and physicians.
First time I went here was a little over 3 years ago, i was pregnant and had a yeast infection. I never had one before so I didnt know what it was and I went in there a little panicked because I had never had one, but I was pregnant and my body was doing a whole bunch of stuff if never did before. They gave me a yeast infection test, then this short angry & bitter little man doctor bursts in, tells me I have an STD, starts demanding my boyfriend (and father of my daughter) to go in a separate room and get tested. This could be misleading for the providers who rely on those vitals, especially when evaluating a sick child with a high fever. I don’t understand the purpose of lowering the reading instead of accurately assessing his condition. This experience made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about proper assessment. But the doctor who treated my son was very kind and that's the reas
I’m so glad I decided to visit this particular office. This team works closely together and that meant a lot to me. They were patient, understanding, kind and explained everything as we moved along. Plenty of parking and cleanliness is very important!
This was my first visit to this Urgent Care and they were extremely wonderful from start to finish! The doctor was completely understanding, informative, and helpful regarding my situation/care making sure I had everything I needed before leaving
