These men are absolutely great. They are kind and sweet. My medication is always ready when they say it is ready. If I go with a script in hand, they fix it right away. Thank y’all!

Wow!!! I just got hung up on by an employee of this pharmacy. I said, "Hello, may I ask you a question?", to which my reply was: "I'm too busy to talk!" ...followed by a dial tone... If this is what the Jefferson Drug Store calls customer service, then maybe it's best that I was rudely hung up on before I ever had to go in and deal with the staff. Unprofessional, rude, and not worthy of anyone's hard-earned money!

Needed to get an antibiotic for my son and everyone was out. Pharmacist here answered directly instead of sending me to a voicemail or routing system. Quick to fill the prescription and very informative. Would use again.
