This was an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience, especially after being a patient at this office for many years. A filling done by the dentist’s daughter came out the same day. When I returned, I was told the filling material used was not good and it was redone. The filling then fell out again. After that, I called the office multiple times, left several voicemails, and was completely ignored. No follow-up, no explanation, and no attempt to fix the problem. My tooth was left untreated, despite my repeated efforts to reach them. I am currently pregnant, and being dismissed and ignored while dealing with a dental issue caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. If this office did not want to continue my care, they should have communicated that instead of abandoning a long-time pa

My dentist and hygienist were amazing! They explained everything and assured me everything was okay when I was very nervous. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! HE WILL DESTROY YOUR TEETH!!! He gives you filling you dont even need! Is very carless while doing fillings! It was extremely painful, didn’t numb anything! Worst dentist in history!!! GO TO MCUE DENTAL IN WATERTOWN WAYYYYYY BETTER!!!!!

Amazing staff. After having my last child my teeth rapidly declined. I had a previous dentist who really made me feel awful every filling they did fell out every tooth was breaking and the last time I went to long falls my dentist laughed and said every time I go in I have more broken teeth...like yes sir the ones you just filled it sucks...after that appointment I stopped going to the dentist for about a year thats when the infections kept getting worse and worse but I was 100% certain id never step foot in Longfalls again. I am so greatful for the kind compassionate staff at Jefferson dental...not only did they not judge me but they made me feel so comfortable during the worst time of my life. I just recieved my new set of teeth and I am hopeful in the coming weeks I can get more comfort

This office rocks! Front desk is amazing and Dr.Aujla is great! We were able to come here not only as an emergency new patient but on a whim on a Friday. The office stayed late just to help take care of the issue and was up front about everything. Very polite and caring. Ignore the negative comments, for real. Come here for any dental needs!!!
