I have been a patient of this practice for 3 years. I have given them every opportunity to provide acceptable service, but they are completely incapable. The front desk doesn't care and Dr. Winner is basically absentee. There is a 7 month wait, during my last appointment I was forced to wait an hour to see the doctor, but I had to leave before my appointment. I am looking for a competent office.

There is no way that I would recommend this practice. I have had to request my prescriptions be called in not once but five times. The office staff is atrocious. For whatever reason they do not follow through on requests. I have gone to the pharmacy after being assured my prescriptions were there, and they were not. Twice when I needed them. The lack of attention to detail is startling. I cannot recommend a practice that leaves you high and dry, does not return calls, and leaves you needing your medication on a weekend. The problem with that is sometimes the on-call doctors cannot call it in for the doctor because of the type of drug it is. Go somewhere else for the practice is more focused on the patient and not on the secondary practice the doctor is doing.

Dr. Winner, and Staff, are attentive, personable, and professional.
