Janet, ordered with a shopper service where someone else shops for her. When the order was dropped off it was kindly asked if she could put in her instructions to turn at the light because the GPS doesn't recognize red rose ct as a street and the GPS took me past their building. The suite is also not labeled #100. So it took a minute to find as the instructions were not labeled for the dentist office. Post delivery Janet then removed the tip for her services rendered. Super disappointed she acted this way, but life goes on. Can't comment on the dentistry itself.

Horrible! If I could give this dentist office Zero stars, I would. Mismatched caps on my 15 YO daughters teeth, insisting they matched and they clearly didn't. When my daughter argued this with the hygienist she had Rizzo come in and insist they would be fine. Also, Rizzo messed up one of her upper teeth with drilling/filling that continued to plague her to the point she had to have to tooth extracted by another dentist. On a separate visit, I had an appointment with Rizzo at approx 1 pm in the afternoon. He and one of the dental hygienist came back from lunch REEKING of garlic! They knew I had an appt and made the choice to eat what seemed like a crazy amount of garlic and then stood over me and breathed in my face (the face mask couldn't cover up the stench). They BOTH joked about

***New Patient*** I am very impressed with Dr. Rizzo and his practice. Dr Rizzo knocked it out of the.park on my latest procedure and I highly recommend his practice.
