I am a new patient here and am so happy with my new hearing aids! Dr. Newmeyer took her time evaluating my hearing and explained the various choices that are available. She navigated the insurance process and everything went very smoothly. When she was fitting the hearing aids and adjusting them she explained exactly what was happening and ensured the fit was good so I don’t get feedback. She even paired my hearing aids with the app on my phone, clearly explained the settings and how to adjust, and ensured they were working perfectly with my phone. I truly can’t say enough positive things about her! In addition to being an amazing professional she is a lovely person!

I went to Jax Audiology to have my hearing tested and was given a very comprehensive exam. The result of my examination was that I needed hearing aids. My hearing aids were ordered and came in and then I met with the Dr. so she could educate me on the usage and care of my new hearing aids. Subsequently, whenever I had a problem or question the Dr. responded immediately and got me right back in quickly to resolve my problem. I would recommend Jax Audiology to anyone with hearing problems. Dr. Newmeyer is very professional and competent. She is also very patient and helpful as you learn how to use your new hearing aids.

I have had a number of issues with my hearing aids that were almost 3 years old and I chose Jax Audiology even though it was a 1/2 away and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Leslie took a lot time helping me to be able to hear decently. She sent my hearing aids back to the manufacturer just prior to the warranty ending. Leslie is a great listener and enjoys helping people.
