I had never met Dr Jackson before him coming in to do my procedure…which I thought was a bit strange. Though he wasn’t mean, he didn’t seem to be sympathetic to the fact that I was nervous - because I didn’t know what was happening throughout the procedure. It’s so surprising to hear how others said he explained everything to them. I wasn’t told by anyone on his staff to take a relaxing aid prior to coming to the procedure. He and another staff member said something about it during my visit. Knowing that ahead of time, probably, would have been very helpful.

Dr. Jackson is the best! He and his staff are so welcoming, patient and kind. I can't stress this enough. It's so nice to go in for a nerve-wracking procedure and not be afraid. They make sure that it's as smooth and painless as possible. Thank you!
