Dr. Cohen addressed my issues with his progressive insight and knowledge concerning my condition. Professional top to bottom with congenital attitude towards patient. Surgery at Cayuga Medical went very well. Nurses and aids were awesome! Thank you all.

Dr Cohen was not available because of a family emergency. The office was aware that he could not be in the office that day. They lacked the courtesy and the professionalism to inform my husband, the patient of this, although they had plenty of time. I find this insouciance indefensible. Medical offices should be run more responsibly. Yasmeen moody.
