I have to say that my experience with doctor Chen was not very pleasant on two different occasions. She seemed to care more about where I stood financially rather than being enthusiastic about gaining another client. When I was approved for the laser eye surgery she kept harping on how the procedures a lot of money (Around $5000) in a way that I felt she was talking down to me due to my age being 21 and assuming my financial standings, having me insinuate she wasn’t taking me serious. First visit she made a note of saying “when you have the money” more than once which was her way of assuming that I didn’t have the money to afford it. Been seeing Janna Chen , 23 Oceanic Ave S.I NY 10312 for 8 months now and hasn't fixed my problem. She said i needed glasses so I did get them and ,and I still cant see clear. I keep telling her I still cant see with and without glasses.. Its crazy that she cant understand what i'm saying. So then say says you need to get used to the glasses . Its 8 months now and still cant see.. I finally went to a new Eye Dr and he checked my vision and finds I have Cataractic's in both eyes.! How does Janna Chen don't see this ? Its amazing how a Dr for the eyes cant see this.. I will be reporting this to his office as soon as I get my report in my hands . So please don't go to this Woman Janna Chan !! Always get a second opinion.,

Doctor have made all possible analysis for my eyes, though not sure that everything he did was necessary.
