I started my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Janice Lee in the Cupertino office since January 2022. We used Invisalign for the treatment. The original plan was 18-24 months and we went a little bit longer than 2 years, without introducing extra charge. My experience was very positive. Dr. Lee was very friendly throughout the treatment. Her staffs were also very nice. Every time I went to the clinic, I felt relaxed. The planning was clear and I felt confident about what would happen. The clinic also has a messaging system that reminds you upcoming visits, and you can easily text doctor with any questions. I strongly recommend orthodontic treatments with Dr. Lee's office.
