Janelle Renee Cox, MD | Kaiser Permanente

I transferred my care to Dr Cox after moving to the high desert a little over two years ago. My last encounter with Dr Cox was horrible to say the least. I take full accountability for arriving 12 minutes after my scheduled appointment due to construction on my route to Kaiser, but I was still within the 15 minutes Kaiser usually allows. I wasn’t seen until 1.5 hours later and when Dr Cox entered the examination room she was unapologetic she made me feel as if my wait was done in a form of punishment because I wasn’t there on time . She didn’t seem concerned about my visit she reiterated that certain issues I wanted to discuss with her had to be addressed with other departments, mind you she is or should I say was my PCP. By this point she made me feel like I was just a number. I immediat

incredibly uncaring doctor, treats patients of different backgrounds differently, believes in white supremacy, against vaccines, overall unknowledgeable as one can be for a doctor. Seemed to be pushing her own anti medicine agenda towards me, or so it seemed
