Among other important items, Ms. Bunce takes the time to listen to the patient explain what brought he/she to the office. She then explains the treatment she is recommending as well as potential issues. Furthermore, she takes the time, with the patient present, to order the necessary drugs, tests, etc. and, explain why the items are being ordered. This gives the patient time to ask questions and understand the answers.
Dr. Rivera, Jennifer Smith and Janelle with AUI have gone above and beyond to help figure out what is going on with my dad’s urology issues. I am very grateful to all three of them for taking time to help us. I pray that his upcoming bladder test shows results that can be treated with meds or a procedure so that my dad can have a normal life again. Thank you so much AUI!
