They refuse to get adult pull-ups instead using diapers. For some in there it is humiliating and degrading. When you buy adult pull-ups for your family member the staff uses them on the other patients. They refuse to release a patient to another nursing home even though the patients doctor has recommended it. They give you the run a round on everything. And “accidents” are frequent enough to have the doctor asking questions. The staff for the most part are indifferent to the patients. The nurses only reason they get 1 star is because there isn’t a choice for a no star rating.

Grandmother was treated very poorly and retaliated against when complaints were made. Half the staff are incompetent and rude: one of them decided to take a smoke break right in front of us rather than wheel grandma inside (she had an oxygen tank beside her!) Go to a better facility if you care about your grandparents.

Place is falling apart and need serious repair

The staff is great and very professional they treat the patients with great care and love anyone that says different really doesn't know anything about this place

This place is hiring people who are not CNA certified to take care of residents zero training this is against the law
