Xpress Wellness Urgent Care - Ada

First time & they took very good care of me. Loved that you can check in online and fill everything out ahead of time. Saves so much time when arriving. In & out, fast and smooth. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Explained everything well. Have noting bad to say. Would definitely use again when needed

I had a great experience during my recent visit to this medical office. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The online registration process was quick, easy to navigate, and saved me a lot of time when I arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which helped ease any nerves I had about the appointment. They were professional, efficient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of care and service. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a well-run, patient-focused medical practice.

Horrible experience. Prescribed me a medication that interferes with a current medication, so I can't even take it. Didn't even care to look at my chart. My dude should go back to the basics, cause he definitely isn't doing his job with care. Receptionist was a peach & the little gentleman that did my vitals was very kind & thorough.

I’m not a big fan of going to urgent care, doctors offices, or the er because I feel I’m not heard or understood. This is my first time going to express care of Ada and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. They got me in and out quickly, listened to me with intent, and all had great attitudes. Whoever leads express care Ada provides a positive and inviting work environment that gives the women there that I met a great work environment and a second home. I will now only go to this urgent care in the future for how they took care of me and provided a safe space.

i went in thursday morning (9/25) for the feel of somewhat constant urgency of the bladder and bleeding that had lasted five days. the doctor (blonde, a little older) only took a urine test and told me it wasn’t a UTI. she said it sounds like a kidney stone, turned around, and left. a nurse happened to come in and i asked if she’d be back. he said not usually. i told him that i do not feel comfortable with my diagnosis and i still don’t know what to do about it. i asked him to get her back in the room. all she told me was to go see my PCP. which i don’t have. also, they told me they can only treat one thing at a time. i was really very sick AND had the blood in pee problem. they were only going to treat me for one so i picked the blood & urgency problem. i went to the er and they said i ha
