The current staff is amazing. The doctor truly cares for her patients and I can’t thank her enough for helping my dad. She is the best!!! I recommend coming here as the staff is incredibly helpful.

I’ve been with this optometrist since I was a kid! Alex is phenomenal and truly consider him a friend of the family. Unfortunately yes, front desk is a hit or miss. Called yesterday to pick up a copy of my prescription at 12:54. Original business hours on google said they closed at 2pm. When I was informed they were closing at 1pm. Okay no problem I’ll see them Monday morning. However woman who took my call…listen if you don’t have the information or desire to be helpful that’s fine but to respond rudely to my suggestion that your hours be updated to reflect actual closing time was unnecessary. I didn’t need the whole backstory to why you “can’t” update it I simply and calmly reassured her I would suggest an edit via google maps app and voila! You’re welcome. As a loyal patient and friend

I don’t normally do reviews but you must be warned before going in. First, know your insurance before going inside if not you will be taken advantage of. They will try to overcharge you out of pocket. Next, I got contacts so I had to come back for a fitting. This was new to but that’s fine. I called to scheduled the fitting she said it was ok for me to come in. When I walked in they tell me they will reschedule for a later time in the day the doctor is not going to see me. I explain to her when I called I told her I was 40 mins away and she ok’d it. She says well the doctor can’t see you so what do you want to do. This is the worst experience that I’ve had at any doctors office. They won’t give me my prescription so I can go somewhere else. I’m stuck and at the call. So visit at your own r

Using a throwaway because I still need to come here a few more times. Very rude and slow. Alex used to be the only competent worker now he is just as rude and rushes you off the phone. They are unhelpful and I've never even seen Dr Kelsey in the office. It's always a different doctor who seems nervous to be alone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Two stars are for Alex. He seems to be the only staff that knows how to communicate with patients at this office. Calling is frustrating. The ladies that answer the phone are slightly rude (training on how to properly communicate is important) and the office manager is never helpful. They had issues initially even finding my insurance because it had a very specific program name that is not listed in my enrollment paperwork or on my insurance card. The receptionist chastised me for not knowing and informed me that they probably don't accept it at that office. Eventually she did find it because I assured her it was under United Healthcare and low and behold it was.
