These guys are fantastic. Took my ball python who wasn't gaining weight at the expected rate. They were efficient with the exam, diagnosed her quickly and recommended against doing extra unnecessary testing. The vet clearly has lots of experience with reptiles and knows his stuff! Absolutely will be going back to them for all of my snakes in the future.

Absolutely unprofessional. This establishment is trapped in an infuriating loop: they refuse to assist walk-in clients and insist that appointments be made exclusively by phone yet they never actually answer the calls. It is beyond baffling that a business cannot handle a simple appointment request in person, especially when their own phone system is clearly non-functional. After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this is a systemic failure, not an isolated incident. How is anyone supposed to receive care if the front desk won't help and the lines are perpetually dead? I have never witnessed such a stark disconnect between a business and its clients. Very expensive for them to my bunny overnight for blood work and urine.... Took X-rays gave me antibiotics which was not enough to give her the last 3 days. And didn't know what problem was .politician answers.

Came in with my bird hurt just to be told they dont accept walk ins... so the bird is going to tell me when is going to get hurt so I make an appointment on time??? they said appointments by video call ???? so why would I be paying for nothing??? Dont waste your time in here
