I have been coming to this practice for years. In fact multiple generations of my family come here. It’s always a pleasure with the optometrist and medical assistants. It’s another story when it comes to the optical area that assists with glasses or contact ordering. Unprofessional is what I can say. They are not friendly , not welcoming and disregard those waiting for service. No one smiles , no one greets you. The employees just set the glasses out on the table and expect you to just pick a pair. Customer services goes a long way and at this point they don’t have it . I have gave them multiple chances over the years and each time they fail . I wish the practice would put a camera in his area to see their workers and how effortless they are. The vibes are very low. Everyone need to speak

This has been the only optometrist I’ve ever been to since my family goes here as well. In the more recent years, the ladies who answer the phone and in the front have been very rude and just unpleasant. As soon as you get on the phone, you can’t even say anything before they ask date of birth. Even when you have an appointment, you’ll be waiting for almost an hour before being seen. Any time I’m coming here I make sure to have a later appointment because you don’t know how long you’ll be there. Once you get in the back, all of the doctors in the ladies who help out in the back are extremely friendly. This used to be a great place hopefully with a little more training on customer service they can get back to the old ways of how they used to be.

I absolutely love them!!! They have a welcoming family atmosphere and are very knowledgeable. I have been going here since I was a small kid but have been neglecting my eyes over the last 10 plus years not coming back due to life and just ordering contacts with an old prescription, but they took me in with smiles and joy when I came back today!!! I brought my two youngest kids for the first time yesterday and we are very pleased with their service and the materials we all picked out. I will be returning with all four of my kids, myself, and my husband. I recommend this office to anyone who will listen! They are truly amazing. Thank you for dynamic support team.

I have been going to this place for over 20yrs. My 16yr old daughter and I had an appt. I had to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances at work. My appt was at 1130 by 12pm we still hadn't been called back. The lady behind the desk told me I couldn’t reschedule because I had 5 no shows over the course of 4 yrs. I'm in the office, paid for my contact fitting and I cant reschedule. She asked did I want a refund and gave me my money back. The wait for the glasses to come back is ridiculous anyway. They've lost my patronage for good.

My experience from start to finish was excellent! From the front staff, assistant, Doctor and staff helping me decide on cute frames. They were very patient and helped me figure out the most cost efficient options. I left feeling great about my visit. Overall, I appreciated every step of this process. Thank you to all the staff at this office!
