James Schwartz Advanced Rolfer

James is a master level bodyworker/rolfer. His focus is on pain relief and at that he is extremely effective. I had persistent flank pain from an injury that no one could relieve. In my first treatment he quelled the issue. In subsequent sessions he again proved his worth by in many cases immediately relieving the pain. If you are in pain James is your guy to relieve it. Some folks have reported experiencing pain in rolfing treatments but that has not been my experience with James.

I have tried acupuncture, massage, yoga, infrared saunas, chiropractic and this is the thing that I finally feel is getting to the root of the pain and tightness in my neck and hips. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. James is amazing!
