Dr. Halverson is the awesome physician. He listens to your concerns and generally cares for your wellbeing. He thoroughly examines your current health situation and never rushes. He makes you feel like you are the most important patient he has. The staff is professional and very helpful, they are courteous and kind. When I am ill, they usually can fit me in on the same day and when I need to make an appointment it is never more than the next day before I am seen.

This office is a joke . They’ve been billing me for almost a year now which they know is incorrect and I have no balance but can’t seem to get it fixed with their billing dept . Next they do what they want when it comes to office hours ie like leave early on normal business days without notice no matter what the patient might need . And then when they are called out on it they get dismissive and arrogant which in turn makes the patient angry then they blame the patient. Also they violate hippa as to talking about meds and procedures in front of other patients in the waiting room no less while lying about the patient as well . Then you bring that up and what do they do instead of fixing the problem- they dismiss ( fire ) the patient. Again what a joke this office and staff are .

Doctor Halverson is the best doctor I've ever been a patient. I like that he not only looks at the current health situation but helps you plan to avoid future issues, with preventative measures I wanted to persue. The staff is professional and very helpful, they always make me feel I'm an important patient, Charla is my favorite.

Dr and staff are very kind and caring .Kaylah at the front desk was so patient with me . I like the way patients are spaced so the waiting area is not crowded…Very pleased with this practice

Dr Halverson has been my PCP for at least 15 years and has always been very professional and caring about my health. He has a lot of good resources and advice for you as you age and I would recommend him to others.
