I would steer clear of this practice. The staff (not front desk at Concord Dental Group - who was extremely nice) was rude, combative and unwilling to work with me finding an alternative to photocopying my driver's license (I no longer do this due to identity theft and by law do not have to comply). The nurse said to me, before getting Dr. Lillenberg, "You know I can get all this information on facebook." I suggested other alternative id's that she could photocopy and she replied, "let me guess, you're not going to share your social security number either". I replied, of course I'll share that with you. I also suggested she could write down any information from my DL that she needed. Dr. Lillenberg was no better, simply saying "we can't help you then." We love Dr Lillenberg and his staff! Our dental visits are always a positive experience for us and our kids. They run on time, the hygienist is so kind and gentle, and I fully trust Dr Lillenberg’s advice regarding treatment. I have been with this office for 30 years and I’m happy to trust them with my own kids now.

I became a patient of Dr Lillenberg as he is a Medicare approved Sleep Specialist! He is absolutely terrific in providing the necessary guidance in use and maintenance of the Dental Appliance for sleep apnea. More importantly he uses the latest computer technology to design and fit the appliance.. I highly recommend him for everyone needing his specialty. His location at the corner (real close) of Tesson-Ferry and South Lindbergh is a plus.

I took all 3 of my children to see Dr Lillenberg and I was extremely impressed and very happy with how the staff an the Dr treated my children. I have been to a few different Dentists in my search to find the perfect fit an I found him! Most children fear Dentists an do not like going and my children are no different. Not only did I need to find one that would help make my boys feel comfortable but my youngest son is Autistic so that sometimes presents a new level of difficulty finding a new Dr. Dr Lillenberg an his staff were very friendly an what I loved the most was they would let my kids know exactly what they were doing so my boys were not scared. On my first visit, I was treated kindly by both Dr. Lillenberg and everyone else in the office. They spent a good amount of time with me discussing things like sleep apnea devices and the proper way to floss (my past dentists taught me to floss in a painful way that never seemed correct). I normally don't leave reviews but the single one star review was not at all representative of the practice.
