I have never been to a more incompetent veterinarian hospital in my life. I called and scheduled an appointment for spaying and when I showed up with my kitten, I was told it was not on the schedule and that they only do spays for the rescue on Tuesdays and Thursdays not Wednesday (although the head of my rescue says that is not the case). Fortunately, they could do it the next day. When we got there the next day, the person at the front desk asked us the same questions over and over and couldn't remember our animal was a cat! There was only one other customer in the office. When we finally got signed in, we were not given a copy of what we had signed (which also had information on it about what to do after spaying). Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Fidel Byungura and his staff. They went above and beyond to help my sick dog. I’ve had experiences with many Vets over the years being in dog rescue; I can honestly say that Dr. Byungura is the most compassionate and empathetic vet I’ve ever met.

I scheduled my dog for a dental cleaning and was told to drop him off at 7:30 in the morning. I was also informed he would be ready for pickup at 4:30. I got back at the vet at 4:30 and was ignored by the receptionists for ten minutes, one of which looked up at me, ignored me, then went back on her computer. Once I was finally acknowledged and told them I’m here to pick up my dog, I was told it will be a wait until he’s ready. Thirty minutes later I ask how long the wait is going to be and then found out that I was forgotten about. Once I got my dog back, I was told the vet bill was $300 after being told the previous visit that it would be $75 and $50 per tooth. Best Animal Hospital around. Dr. B is the greatest. He takes his time with you and will answer all your questions no matter how long. He truly cares about every pet and pet parent that comes through there.

Scheduled a teeth cleaning they pulled 2 of his teeth without consulting us they also total was $340 they said a teeth cleaning would be $75 . We picked him up and he reeks of pee tried to explain to the vet and he basically said that dogs pee in the bed sometimes and that it’s the owners fault… I’m assuming they didn’t let him out we also had to wait 30 mins to pick him up and he was there since 8am we got there at 4:30 pm. It’s not the price im mad about it’s the fact they didn’t consult us and he is covered in pee. Don’t go to this vet they don’t take care of your dog
