CVS Pharmacy

I am an amputee and when I went to pick up a prescription I was asked if I wanted to come in for a flu vaccination. I advised I was an amputee so I would need someone to come with me to get my wheelchair out of my car so I could come into the store. I was told that it wasn't necessary; they would come out to my car and vaccinate me. I was thrilled! I parked in a handicap spot and the Team Member came out and vaccinated me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and said I could receive any other vaccinations in the same manner. Kudos to CVS for making an amputee's life a little bit easier!

The pharmacy is staffed by professional, efficient, and friendly pharmacy technicians and pharmacists. Customers typically experience minimal wait times, which reflects the team's commitment to service. Todays experience at my CVS was so pleasant. The energy was high and the customer service was outstanding! The team members asked questions and reminders of me (a senior) which presented as being "interested in me and my needs" and not the next customer of this shift. I witnessed the exchanged energy between team members which was professional and pleasant instead of short tired over worked and fragmented. Some of the store shelves needed to be stocked and hopefully soon. Overall my monthly visit was so nice- just like this nice cool day God allowed me to see. Thank you CVS team.

CVS HEALTH PHARMACY on College Road in Greensboro, NC 27410, stopped sending any tobacco products 5 years ago, they always have my Rx ready when I need them refilled.

I really like the service provided by the CVS employees; they are generally very attentive and quick with their services.
