Dr. Keane performed a MOHS procedure on the side of the bridge of my nose. He came to Alexandria which made it very convenient. I was met with a very friendly staff. Each member of Dr. Keane’s staff were terrific. They made me feel comfortable with a very uncomfortable procedure. Each step was explained to my understanding. Dr. Keane called me that night to check on me. Which was unexpected but well appreciated! So blessed to have Dr. Keane and his staff take care of me!

Terrible experience! He is suppose to be the best at moe's surgery for our area, but he scarred me for life. I had a pre-surgery consult and we discussed exactly what would happen with immediate follow up at a plastic surgeon. Instead of doing small sections at a time like he was suppose to do, he took 2 large sections right away that left a hole in my face 3 times the size he said it would be. He wanted to rush and get me in and out instead of only removing the cancer.. He said he would take extremely thin layers u til it was all gone but he lied. Two huge scoops and he was gone. He didn't care that he hurt me or scarred me forever. I would never trust this man to cut my face again. You better never trust this man to do what he says. He is a liar and shouldn't be allowed to be an expert
