Jamaica Hospital Medical Center

I have been visiting this medical center for dental work since I was a child. The. reception was much better with the woman who use to work there years ago. I called today at 5:31 and a woman answers the phone, as soon as I began to talk she put me on hold. I called back several times and the phone rang out and cut off. The office hours says they close at 6:30. I now have to travel from Manhattan all the way to Queens just to have a conversation, to see if they still take my coverage, Do better and be more professional! If I could leave a zero rating I would, terribly disappointed!!!!!

Nice doctors but the Worse receptionist ever, every time you call to make an appointment they act like they can't hear you and hang up the phone on you two 👎🏾👎🏾down

Doctors and staff are very nice but wait time is very very long my appointment is at 9:45am they didn’t even call and it was already 12pm I don’t understand it’s by a appointment so should it take so long they should manage the time better

Service was horrible I arrive at 5:30 because the online time showed that they were closed at 6:30. One of the employees stated that they closed at 5:37 keep in mind today is not a holiday and I also called before going and they said they were open. Worrrrrrssssssttttttt experience ever. Don’t recommend this location or this company!!!!!

Worst service! When i need help they just answer with an attitude.
