JAMAICA HOSPITAL

Mom went to ER. Because her condition was critical, the medical staff took her in right away. They wanted to let her go after checking her but she wasn't feeling good and complained that she still was sick. The medical staff listened and kept her for longer and then realized that she does need to stay longer. She wasn't getting her food on time so I had called to find out why and the nursing staff on that floor has thoroughly explained the reason behind it. I'm grateful for the medical staff helping.

The lady that that seats upfront( receptionist) should be fired. Rude, not professional and had the worst actitude. She made me loose my appoiment and cursed at me, my wife and my 6year old daughter. Unacceptable. Im changing medical center asap. This happened monday at 10am. Someone should do something about this spanish rude and filthy mouth monster

Terrible staff, rude nurses and receptionist super disorganized. Pretty much the Marshalls/chucky cheese if hospitals. Security call several times in one day to deal with Unruly patients, one of which resulted to aggressive physical interaction.

Good luck trying to speak to a representative over the phone. You get zero help. I sent a HIPAA form to be submitted over two weeks ago, and they toke forever to get my records out. Unorganized staff

O.M.G they don't do walking. I call for information . I have asthma so how they help someone with people who have issue. If I see a Center near me. I will like to walk in to see a Doctor. Poor service.
