Let me start by saying we have brought our three dogs and two goats and never had any issues until today. Our cat got into a scuffle with a neighborhood cat and had an abscess that needed to be addressed and his eye looked swollen. I called to make an appointment and was told it was an emergency situation and would have to go to an emergency vet not my own because they hadn’t seen my cat before. What are they even there for then? I called another vet and got right in. I will never bring my animals to Jaffrey Rindge again.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Jaffrey -Rindge Veterinary Hospital. The staff went out of their way (w/o making me feel silly) to make sure my dog had the best experience possible. She is nervous about other dogs and veterinary situations. From scheduling to blood draw everyone was very understanding and respectful. I was also pleased my desire to break up vaccines was respected. Dr Hill is so kind and easy to talk to. I left feeling as relieved as my dogs. Thanks everyone!

They have a dog in the road and looked annoyed we brought it in to them. Said "yeah that's ours". Dog was walking behind cars in the parking lot and getting near the street. Would never bring any animal there.

I was in need of a vet for my senior dog after I waited for his regular veterinary hospital to start seeing their regular patients instead of just emergency cases. Well, the tag on his chest cavity needed to be addressed and he had a hemroid that wouldn't stop bleeding. When I called them I was at wits end. First of all they understood my dilemma, saw him immediately and never judged me about waiting so long. Well, our wonderful Hunter got the surgeries he needed and I can't even explain how professional these vets are! Their rates are beyond reasonable! You can tell they really are in it for the animals and not for the money they could make.im so happy to have found our new vets for our fur family. We had to switch vets when ours closed and I'm so glad we chose Jaffrey-Rindge Veterinary Hospital. Shortly after we had to put our 13yr old Sweet Jack Russell down due to illness. They were so amazing and took good care of us and our Baby❤️
