Jaffrey Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My mother-in-law was there for about 10 days for rehabilitation. My family's assessment mimics reviews I have recently seen by various surveys. On the positive side, the staff was professional, and the Therapy department was very helpful. On the negative side, however, they are not sufficiently staffed to respond in a timely matter to care for our loved one. Communication among staff is lacking as protocols were not consistently followed. Some staff were not trained nor briefed on how to properly care for my mother-in-law's needs. Finally, there were some hygiene concerns due to the delays in response. I am SO thankful for the wonderful care that my grandmother received at Jaffrey Rehab and Nursing Center. We were very nervous about having her go to rehab and are beyond pleased with our experience. The building is clean, everyone is friendly, staff are attentive and caring. My grandmother was there for three months and we had the best experience. If you need to send a loved one to a rehab or long time care I recommend Jaffrey Rehab and Nursing Center!

The staff is so wonderful, down to earth and loving. Especially Belle! She lights up our lives, my mother TREASURES her, and we all rest easy knowing that Belle is there.

We were so glad that we took the time to attend the open house at Jaffrey Rehabilitation & Nursing Center today. What an amazing facility! The building was full of decorative upgrades, it was bright and inviting. The residents were out and about enjoying the day's activities while surrounded by compassionate staff. Thanks for having us!
