I cannot say enough nice/ positive things about Dr. Madu and his staff. Office is always spotless , reception is always quick to respond be it making or changing an appointment or just a quick question. Its always a breeze. The entire staff are all so pleasant and Dr. Madu always makes me feel heard !! By far the best level of care I have ever received in this area of my healthcare.

Kayla was very informative & thorough. She put me at ease with assessing my back injury along with regiment for at home stretches & PT @ facility. Front desk not so much. Seemed very abrupt with client/patients & unorganised. Not a good beginning as a new patient. Suggestion: front desk training & courteous interaction lessons towards patients would be helpful.

For the first time in five months, I truly felt heard and cared for at Dr. Jaffe’s Sports Medicine in Naples, Florida. Dr. Madu and his team went above and beyond to address my pain, and I cannot express how much that meant to me. This was my first time experiencing pain like this, and from the moment I walked in, I felt respected, supported, and understood. The entire staff made my visit smooth and comforting. The office manager, Candella, listened with compassion and carefully addressed all of my needs and concerns. My procedure went so smoothly that I barely noticed my injection — a huge relief for me. And to top it off, they even offered me a cookie, which was such a kind, thoughtful gesture. As a medical professional myself, I truly value quality care, and I can confidently say this

I thought the Dr was great. I’ve been there before but never with Dr Johnson. He gave me a steroid injection in my hip. Greatly relieved but still sore.

Had a great first day of PT. Receiving therapy for my arthroscopic knee surgery done in MI. I have had poor experiences in the past with PT offices. Not the case with them. I have scheduled 7 more sessions.
