Today's days date April 21st 2025, I spoke to the the worste operator with no customer service. I needed to go into the walk in clinic to refill my ibuprofen soni was calling in to see what time does the clinic stop accepting walk in. Instead if giving me that information, he keeps sending me to the wrong cue. Keeps insisting that I cannot get my prescription refilled at the clinic. He then rudely hung up on me when I explained to him that he doesn't know exactly what he's speaking on. I ended up calling patients relations and they were able to listen to ehat I needed, then they transferred me to a number where I was able to refill my prescription without coming in, or without my primary care. He couldn't undertand that the clinic is able to refill my ibuprofen given thst they are not narc

Just one time, follow up the appointment times just one time. Do I always need to wait 1or2 hours more from my appointment time to be checked?

This place sucks, came here for a gastroenterologist visit & they did nothing but tell me to come back in 3 months and keep a food diary... AFTER taking 4 months doing EKG test & a CT Scan when they knew the problem was in my digestive system. Even worse someone else came with referral for the same thing & was told to wait for months & he said "what am I supposed to do die?" & they told him that's his problem if he does they didn't tell him that. If they had something like this happen they'd have to wait just as long, as if that helps us, not to mention how is that a good thing for them either?
