Jacksonville Pediatric truly has an amazing team. From start to finish, the check-in and check-out process is always very smooth and efficient. The office itself is clean, well-kept, and welcoming, which makes visits much more comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at ease right away. The doctors are very informative and take the time to explain everything clearly, and the nurses are so helpful and responsive over the phone whenever I have questions or concerns. My son absolutely loves Dr. Connolly — he says he is funny and kind, which makes a huge difference for a child. We always feel well cared for here, and I highly recommend Jacksonville Pediatric to any parent looking for a great pediatric office.

We’ve been coming to this office for almost two years, and overall our experience has always been wonderful. The doctors are lovely, and every nurse we’ve encountered in the past has been kind and professional. Today, though, our visit was disappointing due to the nurse who assisted us before the appointment. She was rude and aggressive, and the way she spoke to me made me feel belittled when I simply questioned my daughter’s height measurement. I really appreciate the care my daughter receives here—especially from providers like Ceara the NP we saw today, who was amazing—so I hope this feedback helps ensure that every family is treated with the same kindness and respect we’ve experienced in the past.

Have taken all three of my children here since they were born and wouldn’t take them anywhere else! Excellent customer service and our kids love the nurses and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

We’ve had such a great experience with our kids’ doctor and the entire staff. Appointments never feel rushed, questions are always answered, and my kids feel comfortable every visit. It’s such a relief knowing our children are in caring, knowledgeable hands.

Dr. Savarese has been so good to us and our little girl! All of the doctors we have seen have provided the best care! The nursing and front desk staff are also so kind and attentive.
