Jacksonville Kids Pediatrics

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! From all the providers to the staff they are all absolutely wonderful especially Dr. Kostur! I’ve been coming to JKP for almost 4 years now and about to welcome another baby in August and they are more than accommodating and truly care. I can always get ahold of them and feel better after talking to them when my child is sick. They aren’t pushy and very informative and have always gotten me in same day for sick visits. So blessed to have such a wonderful pediatrician and staff for my kids ♥️

I highly recommend this pediatric office. just walking in the place is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and always quick with responses . They always make my daughter very comfortable when we come to visit. Sara and Carolyn always know how to make her laugh it makes the visits so much better.

Love the staff but hate the wait times. They have a 5 minute cancellation/late charge but at the same time NEVER see you on time. I'm here for a shot-only visit for 7 month old, currently 25 mins past my appointment and still sitting in the waiting room. Not sure how long it will take even after we go back. This is standard and commonly wait an additional 20-30 mins before the Dr/nurse makes it in. I want to go to another provider but the staff is great and they've been great to our kids. If you're ok waiting forever for solid care, this is your spot

The Doctors at this practice=phenomenal especially Dr. Lott, Dr. Saverese and Dr. Thornton. The practice it's self...the unspoken guidelines and rules, terrible. My child was with this office from infant to three years of age and was dropped from the practice because of a so called no show. I had attempted to call several times with no answer. Came back to confirm the next appointment to be told they didn't have one and she was no longer allowed to be seen at the office. No warning no call no nothing. Terrible to feel so disposable after being seen there for years. I was also promised a call back never happened. Again the doctors are top tier and informative the management and the way they handle business was atrocious. Also had them correct my number several times and they still have an

We’ve been with Dr. Kostur and her amazing team for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. Everyone goes above and beyond and truly cares for the families and children being seen. You can tell they have a great culture as well because everyone is always smiling, happy, and so incredibly personable and helpful. My family relocated to St. Augustine 2 years ago and decided to stay with the practice because the care is second to none. 11/10 recommend Jacksonville Kids Pediatrics!
