Jacksonville Emergency and Family Dental Care - University

I had such a great experience at Jacksonville Emergency and Family Dental Care! They got me in and out quickly, which I really appreciated, especially being in pain. The prices were affordable and everything was explained clearly so there were no surprises. The staff is absolutely amazing and so kind. From the front desk to the dental team, everyone made me feel comfortable and taken care of. If you’re looking for a place that’s efficient, professional, and genuinely caring, I highly recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Highly Recommend! I absolutely love this facility and the staff! I had to schedule a tooth extraction, and this was the only location available — I’m so glad it was. The receptionist was amazing from the start, and the dental assistant was incredibly sweet, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. I can’t thank Dr. Aarro enough for taking care of the tooth that was causing me so much pain. The procedure went smoothly, and I truly felt cared for.

I’ll preface with I’m not a fan of the dentist. Dr. Aaro is amazing. Usually gives me 3 options ~~ first one is do nothing. 😂. That ship had sailed or i wouldn't be sitting in his chair. Explains options clearly. Very professional office staff. Anything I’m curious about doing, they will find the answer. They are very fair in pricing. I did purchase the yearly plan. Who doesn’t like a discount? I pay cash and it definitely helps. Highly recommend this office. Appointments are timely. My original appointment was an emergency and they got me right in. Kind, compassionate and very professional

I have never loved the dentist.. until I started coming here.. I came in for an emergency a few moons ago and stayed coming back for my overall dentistry! I've had teeth pulled, crowns placed teeth cleaned here.. pain free... even recovery was easy.. they are careful in my mouth and they care that I'm comfy and well informed each step of the way. I love the vwhole team/ staff on University!

I had a great experience during my total of 3 visits for my root canal and cleaning. I had not been to a dentist in 20 years and this was as smooth and painless as I could have hoped for. Very organized operation, very short wait times for appointments.They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional!
