Jackson's Discount Pharmacy

I love Dr Jackson. He took the time to speak with me and answer questions by phone. I love the other pharmacists. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the little blonde cashier and the technician with the cold sore. The pharmacy tech with the Cold sore told me my prescription was not available and it was just tough that I would have to wait till Monday to get it and she blurt out loudly. What the prescription was for which is very unprofessional. She then told me it’s my responsibility to call in when I need a refill that they don’t do that however, in the past, I have Receive text messages from the pharmacy that prescriptions are ready for pick up, but this month I didn’t. I received a call back from the pharmacist who was very nice and she told me that the prescription was o

I am completely out of my medicine and they filled my prescription since I first got it in November. Tanya called me today and told me they wouldn't be filling it anymore bc the doctor is located in Ridgeland MS. Jackson's is the only pharmacy I have used since the beginning of 2025 bc I thought they were different from the other pharmacies and actually care for people. Well I was wrong. Also Tanya is the only one with the problem. Oh well I hope these actions do a 360 on them. DONT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE!

Been using this pharmacy for 20 years.i love it.they always have the meds, even when other pharmacies don't. Super friendly and helpful staff.i plan on using them forever

They were very rude, the soft racism in this little place was "cute". I stood at the register and waited to be checked out. I was ignored and looked over as other customers were assisted. I finally asked the mixed girl who he clearly identified as non black ..lol... am I at the right register? She looked back to get confirmation to check me out. Weird experience.

This drugstore is the best. Very efficient and helpful. The staff is wonderful and sweet. They're so helpful if you have a question.
