I had such a wonderful experience at Jackson Family Dental with my son, Ahmir. They were able to see him as an emergency case and were incredibly flexible with scheduling, which I truly appreciated as a mom! They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. They made us feel comfortable right away. The doctor and her assistant were absolutely amazing, patient, gentle, and so great with my son. They explained everything clearly and made sure he felt safe and calm during his visit. That meant everything to me. We will definitely be coming back! ✨🙂

I was recently here at this dental office for the first time for a consultation as a new patient. The front desk and dentist himself were professional and kind which I truly appreciate. Coming to the dentist can be nerve wrecking for me and they made me feel very comfortable. Everything went well and a treatment plan was made. When I was checking out to schedule my cleaning I could overhear the dental assistant (Wendy) talking unprofessionally/judging my teeth. As a healthcare worker I find this highly unprofessional and would never want a patient who is already vulnerable and nervous hearing this. A patient should never hear negative conversations about them.

Excellent service from both the doctor and the hygienist. The office staff were very friendly. As for the treatments, they are the best. The cleanliness is incredible. 200 percent recommended.
