I recently had an excellent experience at Jackson North and I can’t say enough good things about the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The nurses made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my stay, and the doctors took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan in a way that put me at ease. The facility itself was spotless and well-organized, and the attention to patient safety was clear in everything they did. I felt cared for, not just as a patient but as a person. I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking for medical care and a truly supportive environment.

I must say that I see a great improvement. The front desk is very courteous and helpful. The Nurses and Doctors are more knowledgeable, caring and attentive to the patients. My fiance is currently in the hospital. He has been getting excellent care. I'm very pleased with the overall service. The ICU nurse Luis and the entire was very caring and concern about my finance health 🙏. I was very hesitant to bring my love one here at first. But now I'm glad I made the right decision to bring him to Jackson North. May God continue to bring caring, kind, loving people who cares for the sick. May they continue to be Jesus hands 💕 and feet 🐾. Thank you 🙏 to the entire staff that took extra care of my love one. May God take care of you and your family 🙏💖.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Freddy Sanchez, RN, in the Emergency Room at Jackson North Hospital. During my time in the ER, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and dedication. He cared for me with genuine kindness and attention, making me feel supported and respected during a difficult moment. Nurses like Freddy Sanchez represent the very best of patient care, and I am truly grateful for the excellent treatment I received.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dumeney during the delivery of my 4kg baby. He handled everything with such professionalism, calmness, and confidence. My normal delivery went perfectly thanks to his expertise. I also want to give a special thank you to Nurse Yulia, who was incredibly kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt truly cared for. I highly recommend this team!
