My experience with Jackson Family Dentistry was very positive from the beginning. I first went there on a high word-of-mouth recommendation from a relative. I had several teeth removed and a set of dentures made. He was the least painful of any dentist I've ever seen, and the quality of the dentures was excellent! They weren't clunky but fit very well and look good. I can't get over how well the bite lines up and how well I can chew now. I can't say enough about the courteousness and professionalism he and his staff exhibit. Add a nice family touch and work-friendly business hrs., and you have a perfect example of how it's done. I've been going to Dr. Jackson's office for many years. Everyone there is professional and courteous. I am disabled as a chronic pain patient, and Dr. Jackson has always gone out of his way to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible and that he causes me the least amount of pain as possible. His manner is very comforting. The hygienist who does the teeth cleaning is particularly friendly, personable, and pleasant. Although often it's difficult to get them on the phone, when I have an emergency, they will see me that day, even after normal business hours. I don't know of another dentist in the area who will do that.

Jackson Family dentistry was my childhood dentistry in my hometown. I was visiting my hometown this past weekend and found myself with a severe tootheache late on a Friday. My mom, who still goes to Dr. Jackson reached out to them to see if I could come in on Saturday. Remarkably they opened up their practice Friday night after the football game to treat me. Never in my life have I received such service from a medical practice. They were so courteous and kind even at that late hour. They are fantastic people and great dentists!

Dr. Jackson is so kind ! He has pulled two of my wisdom teeth and I didn’t feel a thing . I would recommend him to anyone . Monique , the hygienist there is also amazing !
