They have zero respect for your time. Even when you schedule an appointment, it routinely takes over an hour before the doctor actually sees you. When you ask the receptionist for an update, they act annoyed. It’s especially disappointing because they predominantly serve people of color—this community deserves far better than this. On top of that, they rarely call with test results; I always have to follow up myself.

My son had an appointment scheduled for 1150. According to the staff there was an issue with my insurance. I personally called my insurance provider and everything was in order. Over an hour later, the office stated my insurance was still invalid. It took a three way call to discover whatever number they called to verify my insurance was not associated with my insurance provider. Furthermore, I was notified that the office allows patients to be hours late for appointments and still see them inconveniencing others that presented on time. What should have been a simple annual visit turned into over three hours and the form I needed for a school physical was still not completed. My son missed a day of school for nothing. Horrible office management!

Terrible establishment get ready to wait over an hour when coming on time for your appointment. The MD’s here will brush aside any concerns you might have. The physical offices here look run down. Go elsewhere unless you’re ok waiting over an hour and bad care.

I travel an hour plus to get to this clinic. Today I took a trip to get the worst treatment ever. I left here feeling judged, insulted and mistreated. The women at the front seat wanted to turn me back because my primary insurance is deactivated even though I brought a replacement plus the secondary insurance. It was much of unnecessary power play.My provider’s demeanor, body language and tone of voice was rather defeating. I left here without hope, I left here feeling judged and defeated by my health woes. I believe that one day I would find the help that I desperately need to save my health and my life.

They bill you and your insurance for everything. I was suppose to have a video call that ended up being a regular 5 minute phone call to discuss my lab work. They billed my insurance over a $100 for the 5 minute call saying it was and office visit and even tried to tell me I came in when I didn't. Now they want me to pay the difference of what my insurance didn't pay for the phone call. Discussing labs results used to be considered follow ups where you didn't have to pay. They won't even fill out a medical form without you making an appointment to be seen again even if you were just there 2 days prior.
