We said we have an appointment at 12:30 she responded “ Seems like you need to work on your time management “ mind you it was 12:10 a gentleman stood up and said it’s barely 12:10 and she responded saying she thought it was 3. Later apologized saying it’s a stressful day and we’re short staffed like if it’s our problem. Anyways we were there for my boyfriend who teared his hand open and ripped two tendons on nov 22nd, the er told us to go to that doctor. we made an appointment (dec 3rd) the doctor did not check on his hand or anything seemed like a waste of time, basically told us the same thing the er told us. You walk in to the clinic and it’s full of angry people due to the long wait. They give you and 10 others appointments at the same time. Wait time is about two hours. Ridiculous

They don’t want to do anything at all! Why do you work???
