I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Brought my kids for their 1st visit. We went in and the dental hygienist looked like she had an attitude, not a smirk, not a smile not a hello to myself or my child . Dr was the same. Then… gave them a 2nd try brought my kids in for their cleaning. Same weird unwanted atmosphere, the dental hygienist used the pick tool and pressured water ONLY to “clean” my daughter’s teeth who has braces on!! No spinner toothbrush at all! On top of that she flosses the bottom of my daughter’s teeth below the braces wire only, she did not feed the floss through the wires and properly floss near the gums, which is so important!! I was so shocked and taken back we just left.I called the office and spoke to the office manager who defends the hygienists wrong doing

Not sure they’re having a bad day or was short staff or what, called Front desk to let them know my son who is almost 18 in his capable of going by yourself was outside, But I also wanted to talk to her or Someone about a tooth that’s been giving him trouble, she would not even let me explain heard me off the phone and said will call him when we’re ready and click that was it, and per my 17-year-old son when he went in there he said they wouldn’t even talk to him and was rushing to get a filling done, And he does have more than one filling Unfortunately several and I don’t understand why they could not do at least two fillings per visit? Except for more $$! After he left he said he didn’t feel like he needed to go back there anymore because they were not friendly at all toward him and he w

Every time I went he never spoke. Never explained what he was about to do and seemed annoyed when I would ask I went in for a few fillings and had to switch dentists due to the fact that he refused to acknowledge an actively rotting tooth and would rather work on One filling at a time. Never answered the phone but canceled our appointments at multiple times. Staff was friendly but what does that do when you have to go somewhere else and they tell you how messed up your fillings are, that they have go completely redo them? I definitely don’t recommend this dentist office at all. Good luck to you if you do choose to go, maybe Pournelle actually do his job.

I absolutely love this man ! He was so nice and caring & took such good care of me . I’m young and was very nervous about getting my procedure done but in all honesty he made it happen & did a very good job at it . Thank you so much for all you did to make my smile great again .

Dr. John Pournelle is the best dentist around! He has the sweetest staff and he is extremely kind! He takes his time to explain everything and really listens to his customers. We love Dr. John and would recommend him to anyone!!
