Dennard Drugs

Dennard's Drugs claims to serve the needs of the local community and their families. However, Denise (pharmacist) on duty refused to fill my prescription, stating that "the medication is limited to existing customers." Odd, but it is a small independent pharmacy in a small town, so that seemed reasonable and I returned to my parents' house to continue visiting with my family for the week. My mother told my father (a lifetime resident) and he called Dennard's. He was told to send me back up there, ask for her and she would help me. Upon arrival, I asked for Denise and she stated that she never spoke with him. At that point, she proceeds to yell, "Did anyone talk to (father's name)?" and disappears behind the counter. A moment later, she returns, yelling, "She doesn't care who called up the

This pharmacy has no professional ethics and the staff is rude and disrespectful. They do the opposite of what they say. They take an excessively long time to deliver medications and then the order is rarely correct. Should be able to give no stars.

Rude staff. Didn't help communicate to a doctor for a needed medication. Ended up months down the line waiting for something to happen. Checked up on it every now and again but eventually gave up. Because the pharmacist kept saying it was the doctor and the doctor said the opposite. Never called when it was approved. It was. Then could even get it because my insurance cut off MONTHS down the line. So it was in the thousands. Lady was rude. Didn't offer any advice. I was notably frustrated and said gosh dang it to hear them digits but who wouldn't after finding out you can't get the meds you waited months for. No support. At all. The woman hung up on me too. I was about to ask if there is any solutions. She gave no ending context but just said sorry and hung up the phone. So no support in

Always great care and service. No matter which dept I go to. Farmacy (yes I know spelt rong according to Queens English), Guns or Hardware. Always excellent help. And the courtesy UPS drop off is appreciated. Glad I switched from the big box store

Have not been here, but hear me out. The customer service is phenomenal! Had a package that was supposed to be delivered by UPS in Macon but it somehow made its way to dennard drugs. They worked on finding our phone number and reaching out a couple times and we finally connected. They had a driver bring it directly to our door three months after we gave up hope on the package (which had over $400 of inventory for our store). Any place that goes this far above and beyond is any place I would shop at. I can't even express how grateful we are and how helpful and amazing they are. The individuals involved are probably the best people ever!
