Terrible experience. I went to J. De La Osa Dental Inc, 20199 Valley Blvd Suite F, Walnut, CA 91789 for a check-up, and they told me I needed fillings on 5 teeth. I agreed to the treatment, but after the procedure I started feeling pain in those teeth. I went to two different dentists afterward, and both confirmed the fillings were done poorly — they even found holes in the same teeth that were supposed to be fixed. I also had a cleaning done here, but the very next day, another dentist asked when my last cleaning was. When I said “last week,” they were surprised because my teeth were still not clean at all. This Review is for J.De La Osa Dental Inc 20199 Valley Blvd suite F Walnut Ca. 91789. I went to this dentistry to check up and repair small problem with my tooth. I left office with pain and holes on my caps I was in pain for four days. I call them back his answer " there is nothing I can do" ! So I went to another dentist he asked me who had worked on your tooth? He was surprised for someone to do terrible job less than 45 minutes he repaired my tooth and all my pain went away. I will not recommend this office to my enemies.

Terrible. Just got off phone with insurance. So they charged as if they did a General Cleaning but they didn't actually do it. X-Ray takes forever as computer keeps closing. Doctor then comes in and says "You're teeth are great!" for about 2 second check then recommends Deep Cleaning. I went with just Regular as it normally takes care of it. They use the polishing tool for about 1 minute, no water pressure to actually clean, and that's considered a full cleaning. I asked why not and they said that's that because I need a Deep Cleaning which requires pre-authorization unless you have bone loss (i clearly don't) or to pay cash which is per side like $400. This dentist & his office are a joke. Set up an appointment for my husband. He had severe tooth pain. After waiting for more than 2 hours to be seen they told him that there was nothing wrong with his teeth and that he only needed a cleaning. So they proceeded to clean his teeth and charge $50.00 for the cleaning. He was in so much for 3 days after that we ended up going to a different dentist on Sunday which they ended up doing a root canal and the dentist stated that his teeth were not even cleaned properly by the Dr. Pedro Gonzalez. Stay away from this dentist, they don't do the work properly and don't know how to diagnose a major issues. They just want your money and don't care about their patients. Definitely will be filling a complaint with the insurance company regarding this

Amazing dental office wonderful people and made my visit there fast and easy! I will definitely come back.
