They won't let you schedule your follow-up (every 6 months) as you leave your visit. Instead, they make you call them, then when you call they make you wait 2 months after when your scheduled visit is supposed to be for the next available appointment. For a specific example - my appointment was May 30th, I call Sept 22nd to schedule as soon as my 6 month is ready, and the next available appointment is at the end of January. They should either let patients schedule at the end of their visit or take on less patients. Also, the receptionist is the least helpful person I've spoken to. I would rather deal with an Amazon chatbot than talk to her.

I've been going to Walnut Hills Family Dentistry for several years now. Dr. Fahmy has successfully corrected several dental issues and I'm very happy with the results. Dr. Fahmy is the go to Dr. for anyone experiencing dental anxiety.  His experience, skill and precision is matched by his calm demeanor, patience, understanding and assurance. His dental assistant and hygienist are very kind, helpful and reliable. Elva, the Office Manager, is very personable. Her amazing patience and persistence navigating the details of numerous dental insurance coverages and efficiency in appointment settings is hugely appreciated. If you are looking for a great family dentist that you can trust with the dental decisions you must make, I highly recommend Dr. Fahmy.

Wednesday morning-Receptionist is very rude. Will leave you on hold for 30 minutes and will NOT call you back if you hang up. (She took my full name and asked if I was a new or existing patient). I also noticed this company is after your money. Very quick to give you an estimate or a quote on items that are covered by your insurance. Prior authorizations not submitted properly, dishonest people.

This was the best dental experience we've ever had. The staff treated my son with such kindness and care. He wasn’t scared at all and did so well during the visit. Everyone was kind and thoughtful—I truly appreciate it. Thank you for making the dentist a positive place for my child!
