My experience was great there is an amazing employee Daniel k and he is great and always trying to help would come here over any other pharmacy.

Neighborhood drug store,carry many items,friendly and fast service unlike some chain drug stores,and they don't lock up items . Give them a shot,a drug store that cares and caters to your needs.

Never received my product after waiting all day. I paid yesterday on Wednesday for delivery today, Thursday. I called and asked where the driver was. They couldn't tell me and weren't concerned as if they could care less. I have a procedure now that I have to cancel tomorrow Friday because of this lack of business behavior. How do have people waiting all day? They can't call the driver and ask him where he is. Had I known that this was going to be a problem I would have picked it up myself. Horrible service. No followup. Didn't even bother to call me back up. We are speaking about a pharmacy dealing with medicine and health. Take your business elsewhere. I also need my $40.00 back!

I'm not sure what happened in the past, with all those bad reviews, but my first time using them, recommended by my Family doctor, even though we have used a local pharmacy for 18 years. is GREAT! This was for a hard-to-get-approved prescription, with a very high co-pay. it was a holiday weekend and he said he sent it to J & D, instead of our regular pharmacy, and you would probably get your prescription in a couple of days. They called on a Sunday to get my wife's insurance info, the very nice woman that called said not to worry, and that we will deliver it either Tues. or Wed. and sure enough, the driver called today ( Wed. ) and said he was minutes away. I will be using this Pharmacy for other prescriptions from now on. Thank you soooo much!

My husband’s doctor called in a prescription to this pharmacy on a Friday. My husband and I were in Florida and needed this medication urgently. I called them and they filled and overnighted the medication via FedEx. We received it the next morning. Very pleased with the service provided by this pharmacy. Also there was no copay after insurance (as opposed to CVS). Will be using them again and again. Thanks so much J&D Pharmacy.
