They take their time, explain everything clearly, and make sure you’re comfortable from start to finish. Their attention to detail really stands out — from the way they review your X-rays, to how carefully they handle cleanings and treatments. You can tell they truly care about doing things the right way, not just quickly. The office is clean, organized, and everyone works together to create a great patient experience. The staff was very professional and caring and understood my concerns and fears. I’ve never experienced such a smooth root canal in my entire 50 + years. Dr. Patel was smooth as butter working on my mouth and she definitely has the gift from God to help anyone. When everything is normal and fine, like normal yearly checkups and cleaning there is no issue. However, warning bells should have gone off when they were so aggressive on upselling various treatments and protections. I had an accident where 3 teeth were chipped. They said I needed 3 crowns. I was suprised, since one was a relatively small chip, but I'm not a healthcare professional, so I thought I should trust them. After I saw the cost, however, I wanted to rethink this and look at other options. After the visit, I called multiple times: they definitely deprioritized me and took forever to get back to me on every follow up. Patty and Dr. Patel were amazing, Patty was very patient and kind. If you do your paperwork prior to your appointment, your wait time won’t be as long. My appointment was for 3, showed at 2:50 and was pulled back by 2:58. Overall 10/10 you won’t be disappointed. Vanessa in front desk was very sweet and funny.
